We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. Cooking Instructions
- Rinse the rockfish fillets and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
- In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, oregano, and cayenne pepper.
- Dredge each rockfish fillet in the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the rockfish fillets to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Use a slotted spatula to remove the rockfish from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain off any excess oil.
- Serve the rockfish hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the top.
