We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. This also allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce delivery fees for you.

They say don't reinvent the wheel, but they don't say make it a thousand times better. And that's exactly what Wellington's have done with their latest and greatest creation. Behold, the Buffalo Chicken Welly Bite. Succulent chicken breast, marinated in their own version of Franks Red Hot Sauce, with a tiny bit of mozzarella to keep the chicken moist and juicy. All wrapped in their famous puff pasty, in bite-size format. It's a chicken wing, minus the mess but will make any wing fan salivate

Cooking Instructions

For now:

  1. Thaw in refrigerator overnight
  2. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees
  3. Place on well oiled baking sheet
  4. Cook for 15-20 min OR until crust is golden brown

For Later:
A. Place items in freezer until ready to bake. Then follow steps above
B. Items will last in freezer for up to 6 months
C. Discard if thawed for more than 3 days

One Wednesday in April 2020, Arya Alexander and his then fiancé, now wife, Anastasia Geroulis found themselves sitting in their Los Angeles home wondering what to make for dinner. They turned on the TV, saw chef Gordon Ramsay cooking up his signature Beef Wellington, and were struck by inspiration. Even though it was more challenging than anticipated, they made a Beef Wellington of their own that night, and it was so good that they decided to start selling them to friends and family. As the months went by, the couple began to experiment with a wide variety of Wellingtons, from Burger Wellingtons to Breakfast Wellingtons to a sweet “Nutellington.” It turns out that anything can be Wellington-ified if you set your mind to it! These Wellingtons are made with only top-quality ingredients (like Urbani Truffle Cream), and they arrive ready to bake. They’re fun to eat, insanely delicious, and shipping across the south land!

Can I order from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes! Our service allows you to order from as many vendors as you like. After selecting your region and delivery date at the top of the page, you'll be able to browse all the products that are available. Regardless of how many products or vendors you order you'll only pay the $5 flat delivery fee (there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50)
How much is the delivery fee? Are there any other fees?
The delivery fee is $5 flat, no matter how many small businesses you order from. We have no other service fees, however, there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50. There are no subscriptions, order only when you want!
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
You do not have to be home at the time of delivery - your order will be packed to stay fresh for up to 4 hours. You’ll receive a text when your order is on its way with a link to track your driver.
Do items arrive fresh or frozen?
You can click on a product to see the state that it arrives in. Most pastries are baked the same day as delivery and meals are either frozen or fresh and arrive with cooking instructions.
Can I add to my order?
Yes! You can add to your order up until the day before delivery. Just use the code ADD at checkout.
Is Locale environmentally friendly?
Yes! While we deliver from far away vendors, we batch all orders - meaning we pick up and deliver to many customers all on one driver's route. This means that your order doesn’t actually increase the amount of miles that we drive. We also reuse almost all of our packaging and you can leave boxes from your previous orders out that our drivers will pick up! Read more here.
