4. Place the tentacles on a baking sheet, a grill, or a pan.
5. If using the oven, heat the tentacles for 10-15 minutes, or until they are heated through. If using a grill or a pan, heat the tentacles for 3-5 minutes on each side or until they are heated through.
6. Once heated through, remove the tentacles from the heat source and let them rest for a minute or two before serving
