Orders are delivered every Friday and can be placed up until 6pm the day before. We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. This also allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce delivery fees for you.

The dish is then assembled by layering the pasta sheets with the ragu and béchamel, creating a satisfying and comforting dish that is perfect for any occasion. noodle (egg, flour, water, milk) Ragu (pork, veal, onion, garlic, onion, tomato, carrot, celery, butter, garlic), bechamel, mozzarella

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Take the frozen Lasagna Bolognese out of the freezer and remove any plastic wrapping or covering.
  3. Place the Lasagna Bolognese in oven.
  4. Bake the Lasagna Bolognese for 1 hour to 1.5 hours, or until the filling is hot in the center.
  5. Check the Lasagna Bolognese after 1 hour and see if the filling is hot in the center. If not, bake for another 15-30 minutes until the filling is fully heated.
  6. Once the Lasagna Bolognese is fully cooked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
  7. Cut the lasagna into individual servings and garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.

Can I order from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes! Our service allows you to order from as many vendors as you like. After selecting your region and delivery date at the top of the page, you'll be able to browse all the products that are available. Regardless of how many products or vendors you order you'll only pay the $5 flat delivery fee (there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50)
How much is the delivery fee? Are there any other fees?
The delivery fee is $5 flat, no matter how many small businesses you order from. We have no other service fees, however, there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50. There are no subscriptions, order only when you want!
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
You do not have to be home at the time of delivery - your order will be packed to stay fresh for up to 4 hours. You’ll receive a text when your order is on its way with a link to track your driver.
Do items arrive fresh or frozen?
You can click on a product to see the state that it arrives in. Most pastries are baked the same day as delivery and meals are either frozen or fresh and arrive with cooking instructions.
Can I add to my order?
Yes! You can add to your order up until the day before delivery. Just use the code ADD at checkout.
Is Locale environmentally friendly?
Yes! While we deliver from far away vendors, we batch all orders - meaning we pick up and deliver to many customers all on one driver's route. This means that your order doesn’t actually increase the amount of miles that we drive. We also reuse almost all of our packaging and you can leave boxes from your previous orders out that our drivers will pick up! Read more here.
