Orders are delivered every Friday and can be placed up until 6pm the day before. We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. This also allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce delivery fees for you.

Ingredients
Grassfed beef brisket, pork shoulder, onion, garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, sourdough breadcrumbs, buttermilk, ricotta, egg, salt, black pepper, chili flake, pomodoro (tomato, onion, garlic, basil, salt, chili flake), burrata, basil, parmesan, olive oil
Reheating Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
- Place the meatballs in an oven-safe dish or on a baking sheet.
- Cover the dish or sheet with aluminum foil.
- Put the meatballs in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165°F (74°C).
- If the meatballs are still cold in the center after 20 minutes, leave them in the oven for a few more minutes until they are heated through.
- Once the meatballs are heated through, remove them from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the meatballs with your favorite sauce or alongside pasta or vegetables.
- Enjoy your delicious reheated meatballs!

Gjusta Bakery, Deli, Café, and Market, founded in 2014 by Travis Lett and Fran Camaj, is a Venice-based establishment that has become a staple in the community. Open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, the bakery prides itself on baking all of its bread and pastries fresh daily. To ensure the freshest ingredients, Gjusta sources nearly all of its produce directly from Southern California farmers, with whom they have built long-standing relationships over the years. The bakery was created with the goal of providing fresh and seasonal food to the local community. As a result, the menu evolves and changes with the seasons and the needs of the neighborhood. The same approach is taken by Gjelina Group, which creates hospitality experiences delivered from a place of purpose and simplicity. Named after Fran Camaj's mother, Gjelina opened on Abbot Kinney Boulevard in 2008 and quickly became known for serving locally-sourced, produce-forward food. Over time, the Gjelina Group has expanded to include Gjusta Bakery, Gjelina Take Away, Gjusta Goods, Gjusta Grocer, Gjusta Flower Shop, and Gjusta Apartment. Each of these businesses operates with the same philosophy of sourcing ingredients locally and evolving with the needs of the neighborhood. In addition to their various businesses, the Gjelina Group also operates the nonprofit Gjelina Foundation and Gjusta Studios, which are interdisciplinary creative residencies. Through their various endeavors, the Gjelina Group has become an integral part of the Venice community, providing fresh, seasonal food and unique experiences for locals and visitors alike.
