Orders are delivered every Friday and can be placed up until 6pm the day before. We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. This also allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce delivery fees for you.

A cool spice mix with all the heat without losing the miso punch! The zesty broth has a sharp spice that cuts through your palette, but rounds out while slurping your noodles, leading to the undertones of miso and crisp broth. The balance of the artisanal miso blend and spices is not something you want to miss out on.

Ingredients

**Allergen Notice: Soy, Wheat, Fish (Bonito)**

Reheating Instructions

1. Boil 2 cups of water in a pot or kettle
2. Place the mushroom packet in a bowl of warm water (optional)
3. Boil 4 cups of water in a separate pot to the 4 cups of boiling water
4. Add 1 bag of the provided noodles
5. Cook noodles for about 2 min (adjust the time for preference)
6. Strain the noodles
7. Pour soup base packet into bowl
8. Pour about 2 cups of boiling water into the bowl (adjust the amount to taste) then whisk with the soup base
9. Heat up chashu (optional)
10. Add noodles and toppings
11. Enjoy!

Can I order from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes! Our service allows you to order from as many vendors as you like. After selecting your region and delivery date at the top of the page, you'll be able to browse all the products that are available. Regardless of how many products or vendors you order you'll only pay the $5 flat delivery fee (there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50)
How much is the delivery fee? Are there any other fees?
The delivery fee is $5 flat, no matter how many small businesses you order from. We have no other service fees, however, there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50. There are no subscriptions, order only when you want!
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
You do not have to be home at the time of delivery - your order will be packed to stay fresh for up to 4 hours. You’ll receive a text when your order is on its way with a link to track your driver.
Do items arrive fresh or frozen?
You can click on a product to see the state that it arrives in. Most pastries are baked the same day as delivery and meals are either frozen or fresh and arrive with cooking instructions.
Can I add to my order?
Yes! You can add to your order up until the day before delivery. Just use the code ADD at checkout.
Is Locale environmentally friendly?
Yes! While we deliver from far away vendors, we batch all orders - meaning we pick up and deliver to many customers all on one driver's route. This means that your order doesn’t actually increase the amount of miles that we drive. We also reuse almost all of our packaging and you can leave boxes from your previous orders out that our drivers will pick up! Read more here.
