Orders are delivered every Friday and can be placed up until 6pm the day before. We place orders with vendors days ahead of pick up so that they can plan their production, reduce waste, and give staff time to make their amazing products. This also allows us to limit our environmental impact and reduce delivery fees for you.

This sauce, made for pasta lovers, is a sauce-only option that does not include pasta. For an extra touch of vibrancy, you can add a few arugula leaves to your sauce (please note that arugula is not included). The sauce pairs exceptionally well with gnocchi, creating a heavenly culinary experience. Crafted with a delightful blend of Gorgonzola, parmigiano, and pecorino Romano cheese, this three-cheese sauce delivers a harmonious balance of richness and savory notes. Ingredients

Gorgonzola, parmigiano, pecorino Romano cheese, cream, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, black pepper

Reheating Instructions

We recommend to defrost the sauce overnight before cooking.

STEP 1
Heat the Three Cheeses sauce over medium heat in a sauté pan large enough to fit 2 portions of pasta. Stir occasionally. When happy bubbles form on top, turn off the heat.

STEP 2
Add pasta to the sauce in the sauté pan and heat over medium to high heat. Stir vigorously or flip it until pasta and sauce are perfectly bounded together. 

** If you do not have the time to defrost the sauce prior to cooking, we recommend to heat the frozen three cheeses sauce over LOW heat. When sauce is completely defrosted raise temperature to medium heat until sauce reaches a light boil. Turn off the heat and follow STEP 2.

Can I order from multiple vendors in one order?
Yes! Our service allows you to order from as many vendors as you like. After selecting your region and delivery date at the top of the page, you'll be able to browse all the products that are available. Regardless of how many products or vendors you order you'll only pay the $5 flat delivery fee (there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50)
How much is the delivery fee? Are there any other fees?
The delivery fee is $5 flat, no matter how many small businesses you order from. We have no other service fees, however, there’s a $6 small order fee if your order is less than $50. There are no subscriptions, order only when you want!
Do I have to be home for the delivery?
You do not have to be home at the time of delivery - your order will be packed to stay fresh for up to 4 hours. You’ll receive a text when your order is on its way with a link to track your driver.
Do items arrive fresh or frozen?
You can click on a product to see the state that it arrives in. Most pastries are baked the same day as delivery and meals are either frozen or fresh and arrive with cooking instructions.
Can I add to my order?
Yes! You can add to your order up until the day before delivery. Just use the code ADD at checkout.
Is Locale environmentally friendly?
Yes! While we deliver from far away vendors, we batch all orders - meaning we pick up and deliver to many customers all on one driver's route. This means that your order doesn’t actually increase the amount of miles that we drive. We also reuse almost all of our packaging and you can leave boxes from your previous orders out that our drivers will pick up! Read more here.
